·       $35 – Antivirus (1 yr. license) and firewall software program installation

·       $35 - Simple software/applications or hardware installation
     (no customization needed)
      – applies to examples like RAM, NIC,
          MS Office, antivirus, antispyware

·       $50 –AOL, NetZero dialup service repair AND installation

·       $50 – Peripherals troubleshooting (printers, keyboards, speakers, mp3 players, etc…)

·       $70 - Data Recovery - from "undamaged" hard drives to CD, DVD, hard drive or flash drives.

·       $75 -Home networking - troubleshooting, installation and/or repair

·       $75 -Virus & Spyware removal

·       $75 - Personal Shopper Service - I’ll provide research, consultation & purchasing assistance for your next desktop / laptop acquisition.

·       $100 –Motherboard install

·       $100 – RESET Window’s User Account Password

·       $100 – Windows XP or Vista troubleshooting, repair, optimization
